Program Overview & Health Disclaimer

YawMé Health provides wellness coaching, lifestyle reset guidance, and health education through the Vitals and Vitality Lounge (VVL). By agreeing to these Terms, you understand and acknowledge the following:

  • Educational Purpose Only: All content, live sessions, recordings, workbooks, portal materials, and communications provided during or through the program are for general informational and educational purposes only.

  • Not Medical Advice: Program content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care, and does not create a provider patient relationship between you and YawMé Health or any of its facilitators.

  • Consult Your Healthcare Provider: Always consult with a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider regarding any personal medical conditions, health concerns, or changes to your diet, lifestyle, or treatment plan. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or heard in this program.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate access granted to digital resources, proprietary content, and live cohort sessions, all purchases for any VVL programs are final and non-refundable.

  • Technical Issues Exception: Refunds will only be considered in the event of a verified, unresolved technical access issue originated on our platform that completely prevents you from accessing the course materials or sessions. To request consideration, you must notify us in writing at info@yawmehealth.com within seven (7) days of purchase, detailing the technical issue.

  • Payment Authorization: By submitting your payment information, you authorize YawMé Health to charge the specified amount for your course enrollment.

Live Session & Recording Policy

Participation in any live sessions in the VVL is subject to the following recording and privacy practices:

  • Recording Notice: YawMé Health records live sessions, including audio, video, screen shares, chat messages, and displayed participant names.

  • Purpose & Access: Recordings are created for internal quality assurance, record keeping, and to provide session replays to enrolled participants. Replays are made available strictly to enrolled members of your cohort via the VVL online portal for the duration of any 30 day course. Replay access ends when the course terminates.

  • No Public Use Without Consent: YawMé Health will not publish, broadcast, sell, or use any recording containing your name, image, voice, or comments for marketing or public purposes without your separate, explicit written consent.

  • Retention: Following the completion of our 30 day courses, recordings are securely archived in internal storage for twelve (12) months for legal and documentation purposes, after which they are deleted unless longer retention is required by applicable law.

  • Participant Options: Video and audio participation in live sessions are voluntary. You may keep your camera turned off, remain muted, display your first name or initials only, or submit questions privately to the hosts. You may also skip live sessions entirely and access course content via the portal and ledger.

  • Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for recording future sessions at any time by contacting info@yawmehealth.com. Withdrawal of consent does not apply retroactively to sessions already recorded.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • Proprietary Rights: All course materials, videos, graphics, text, frameworks, audio recordings, downloadable files, and intellectual property associated with YawMé Health are owned exclusively by YawMé Health. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for personal, non-commercial use during the course.

  • Strict Prohibitions: You may not copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, download, share, re-sell, distribute, or create derivative works from any course content, replays, or materials without prior written consent from YawMé Health.

  • Community Privacy: To ensure a safe and confidential environment for all participants, you strictly agree not to record, screenshot, capture, or disclose any personal information, comments, or experiences shared by other cohort members during live sessions or within the portal.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YawMé Health, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in any of the VVL programs, your use of or reliance on any course content, or your inability to access the course or live sessions. You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and implementation of any lifestyle modifications.
